General
1. All goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used only for their intended purpose.
2. All offers on this website are subject to stock availability and Lashes and Brows reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at any time.
3. We take special care to show correct specifications and descriptions for all our products. However, whist given as a guide, this information is subject to alteration by us without notice.
4. All colours of items sold on this site are as near as can be displayed on a computer monitor.
5. Stock is allocated on a 'first-come-first-served' basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any item. If we have sold out of an item, we will let you know as soon as is possible.
6. Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on this website but are subject to alteration.
7. Any personal opinion expressed in product reviews or blogs is solely the opinion of the author involved and does not necessarily reflect those of Lashes and Brows.
Overseas Orders
We welcome orders from anywhere in the EU. However, we will not process orders or dispatch goods to countries where we are prohibited from doing so by law.
Returns
You’re right to change your mind
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s), as long as all goods are returned unused and unopened and are fit for re-sale. Postage costs will not be refunded for this.
Faulty products
If lash or brow products appear faulty when received, the fault must be reported to us within one month of the purchase date. The product must be received by us within 7 days of the reported date. If no fault is present, or the item has been damaged in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.
Refund and Exchange requests
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the amount for all unused, unopened, undamaged merchandise from your order excluding shipping, gift wrap, and other fees (if any).
Refund requests must be made within 15 days from the receipt of merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment and is issued to the person documented on the original order as the “Bill To” customer.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene we cannot refund eyelash products that have been seen to be worn or used.
Damage or Injury
Due to the lack of control we have over application of lash or brow products, we cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury caused to third parties. The purchaser must determine if items are suitable for their particular requirements prior to their application and all products are to be used according to given instructions.

Lashes and Brows is committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and valued customers. Therefore we promise not to disclose any site visitor information to third parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you.
